We have an outdoor collection point at Cley Next the Sea, full details with your booking confirmation. Our default collection/drop off times are 9am till 5.30pm but you may select different times inside of this range when you book.

Accidents can happen while cycling, and we understand that. If you accidentally damage a rented bike, please inform us as soon as possible. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may incur additional charges. We'll assess the damage and discuss the cost with you. We strongly recommend reviewing our terms and conditions regarding damage. Our goal is to ensure you have a positive cycling experience, and we appreciate your honesty in reporting any issues.

Yes, we will pre-authorise £150 per bike on your credit/debit card on the start day of your rental which we will release back to you the moment the bike has been returned undamaged as per our terms and conditions.

Yes you can! Our bikes are all designed to be ridden without  assistance if you so wish.

In the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown then we will attempt to get to you as soon as possible and if we cannot get you going again, then will attempt to replace the bike for you. As a small business we cannot be on call all the time and therefore this service is on a best endeavours basis. All of our bikes are fitted with ultra tough tyres and therefore punctures should be rare but despite this they can still happen.
